Ashtyn has always had an interest in the human body. She has loved sports, fitness and nutrition throughout high school and her young adult years. She began her career as a massage therapist over five years ago. Since then, she has added cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to her tool belt to better treat her patients. She has a passion for learning and continued education and has taught courses and supervised clinics for the massage therapy program at Trillium College. Ashtyn recognizes that her patients conditions and their daily lives are all different, so her treatments must be uniquely tailored to each individual. Her treatments are dynamic, therapeutic and rehabilitative while also being relaxing.
